Taste: A dry red wine, with elegant hints of cocoa, spices and liquorice with hints of mature cherry. It has a pleasant bouquet of eucalyptus together with mature raspberry and cherry. Its tannins are evident and it has elegant warmth.
Food match: Best served with mature cheeses, red meats, risotto and salmon and roasted hare. It is best left to breathe 30 minutes before serving, with a temperature of 16 – 18 ̊C.
