Variety: 85% Tempranillo, 15% Graciano
Taste: Elegant sweet notes of cherry, strawberry and candied orange flavours with well integrated tannins for an added complexity. Good acidity that adds freshness and long life. It has a long finishing and ends with a nice souvenir coffee in the aftertaste.
Food Match: Best served with grilled lamb, roasted pork as well as cheese.
